Flu Vaccination Clinics
Flu Vaccination Clinics

The Health Department has received a limited supply of Flu vaccine.

An appointment is required to receive a flu vaccine at all Health Department flu vaccination clinics.

If the child's parent or legal guardian is not bringing their child to the scheduled appointment, they must send a signed note giving the person bringing the child to the Health Department authorization to have the child vaccinated. The person bringing the child to the clinic must be 18 years of age or older.

Without the note the Health Department staff cannot give the child a flu vaccination - you will need to schedule another appointment.

All clinics will be held at the Frederick County Health Department located at 350 Montevue
Lane, Frederick, MD  21702
