The Frederick Board of County Commissioners appreciates the opportunity to comment on Maryland's 2011 Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction Act of 2009 Draft Plan.
Frederick County Government supports the comments made by the Maryland Association of Counties with regard to the draft plan. The county also submitted additional comments to the Maryland Department of the Environment.
