Privatization Advisory Committee
Overview
To promote and encourage public participation and transparency in the partnerships and efficiencies review process, the Frederick Board of County Commissioners created a Privatization Advisory Committee (PAC).

This PAC will review data and information received by the Partnerships (Privatization) and Efficiencies Committee and provide input, suggestions and recommendations to the County Commissioners in regard to possible and potential financial savings through public-private partnerships.

The Board on September 1, 2011, appointed members to the Committee in the following categories:
  • Citizens:  Jim Grimes, Mark Kreslins, Don Linton and Seymour Stern.
  • Frederick County Government Employees:  Leigh Fields, Interagency Information Technologies Division, and Gary Hessong, Community Development Division.
  • Municipal:  Mayor Carroll Jones, City of Brunswick.
