Progress on the new Citizens / Montevue Campus
If you've driven out Rosemont Avenue lately, you would know that our new facility is looking more and more complete all the time. Most of the construction is now taking place indoors.  Plans still call for us to move equipment and furnishings into the new building(s) from late December into March. We will then move our residents into their new home some time after that. The same talented, professional staff will be caring for our residents in the new facilities as have served our residents for decades. The facilities proudly feature many unique amenities including:

Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center
32- bed Rehabilitation Center, 16-bed Ventilator Center, 42- bed Dementia Center, Outpatient Rehabilitation, Custodial Care for 80 long-term residents, 74 private rooms with private baths, 48 semi-private rooms (private living area with shared bathroom), Ample living spaces with fireplaces and county kitchens in each resident- centered neighborhood, Several specially designed outdoor courtyards, Activity Center with internet availability, and much much more!

Montevue Assisted Living
75 private furnished efficiency apartments with kitchenette and private bathrooms,  Resident dining room, Separate private dining room for our residents and their family and guests, Large comfortable living rooms with fireplaces in each resident centered neighborhood, Formal library in front foyer, Spacious recreation center with computer lab, two enclosed courtyards and much much more! 

Both facilities will share an Interdenominational Chapel, professional housekeeping, laundry and culinary staff, Dental and Podiatry Suite, beauty salon/barber shop, boutique style gift shop staffed by our Volunteer Auxiliary, public and private gathering rooms for the residents, their families and the community.
