Bidder Information and Registration
The 2013 Frederick County Tax Sale is scheduled for Monday, May 13th.  The sale will be a sealed bid auction using the high bid premium method.  In order to register, bidders must complete and sign the Tax Sale Information and Procedures, ACH Form, and W9.  The "2013 Tax Sale Packet" link below contains all required paperwork. The completed documents should be sent to the Treasury Department via mail or faxed to 301-600-2347.  A link to "Frequently Asked Questions" is also provided below.  Please be sure to review all documents and contact the Treasury Department with any questions.  After registration, all communications and activities regarding the Tax Sale, including the submission of bids, must be done via the email address .
