During the August 12, 2010 meeting convened by the Frederick County Health Department to questions and concerns were documented from the community regarding possible environmental contamination from Fort Detrick and its impact on health.  More questions were received by the Frederick County Health Department in subsequent meetings and from direct e-mail submissions.  

The questions and responses contained in the FAQ section of the County website are excerpted from the running list of questions and comments available in the section below.  The placement of the questions and responses in the FAQ section allows for easier navigation and viewing of the questions and responses.  The most frequently asked questions and comments on the running list have been repeated in the FAQ section of the Frederick County Government website under the headings:
