On December 1st, 2010, Circuit Court Clerk Sandra Dalton administered the Oath of Office to Frederick County Sheriff Charles A. Jenkins who was elected  to a second term as Frederick County Sheriff.  Several dignitaries  attended the ceremony that was held at Oakdale High School in Ijamsville, MD.  Sheriff Jenkins was accompanied by several of his family members.
