• Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program:
  Qualified families receive long-term individual vouchers for federally funded rental housing assistance to rent private market properties.
• Rental Allowance Program (RAP):
  State-funded short-term rental assistance program is given to at-risk qualified families in partnership with the Frederick County Department of Social Services.
