Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center (1920 Rosemont Avenue, Frederick, MD 27102) is a nursing facility providing 24- hour skilled nursing care to our residents, assisting them in achieving and maintaining their highest level of function and quality of life. Our rehabilitation and restorative therapy teams offer physical, occupational and speech therapy to increase function and independence. In addition to helping residents manage their activities of daily living, we help and encourage all of our residents to continue to participate in meaningful therapeutic recreational programs and social events.
Montevue Assisted Living (1910 Rosemont Avenue, Frederick, MD 21702) offers 75 private, furnished efficiency apartments and guest rooms, large comfortable living rooms with fireplaces, kitchenettes and private bathrooms. There is a special resident dining room and separate private dining room for our residents and their families, too. A formal library graces the front foyer and there is a spacious recreation center with computer lab, two enclosed courtyards and much much more!
