Fifth Grade Field Trip

Students will discover how the rock cycle impacts habitats and learn through demonstration how both gradual (changes over time) and sudden (natural disasters) changes can have lasting effects.  Using a Fountain Rock game, students will experience what impact human and other environmental factors also have. Program includes an exploratory walk and outdoor activity, weather permitting.

Program Details:

Program length: 90 minutes
Minimum: 10                    

Maximum: 90 (with some flexibility)
Chaperones required: 1 chaperone per 15 students
Cost: $4.50 per person
