Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The County’s EAP provides employees and their families with free confidential assistance to help in resolving problems that affect their personal lives and job performance. Additional information is available at the Frederick County Division of Human Resources.

Direct Deposit
All regular County employees must participate in Direct Deposit. The service gives an employee the convenience and security of having his/her net pay deposited directly into a checking and/or savings account.

U.S. Savings Bonds
Regular County employees may purchase savings bonds through payroll deductions. Employees may join at any time upon completion of an enrollment form.

Credit Union
Any regular County employee may elect to join the Comstar Federal Credit Union.

Parking
Subsidized parking is available on a waiting list basis for the Winchester Hall parking lot and the Frederick City parking decks.
