The ACCU is a guide through the “world of Medical Assistance” (MA) for those who are applying for or currently have MA.
Services include:
- Assistance with MA information and eligibility
- Help with choosing a healthcare provider
- Navigating the enrollment process
ACCU also provides outreach and education to the community about MA programs and services.
Ombudsman Program
An ombudsman is a resolution specialist who handles complicated MA
problems referred from the Complaint Resolution or Enrollee Action Line
