Healthy Bones Program, April 2, 7, 11, and 16, 2011
We are pleased to announce that through a partnership with Frederick Memorial Hospital and Frederick Community College we are able to bring to you the Healthy Bones Program. This program will provide osteoporosis outreach at four different locations around Frederick county.

At each location, a leading Frederick County physician will provide an osteoporosis presentation, followed by questions and answers from community participants. Participants will complete a standardized self-assessment of risk factors and a professional will conduct a complimentary bone densitometry on site for a limited number of at-risk participants. To view dates, times, and locations for the Healthy Bones Program, please click here.

We thank Mid-Maryland Musculoskeletal Institute, Dairy Maid Dairy, and South Mountain Creamery for graciously sponsoring this event!
