Use this Performance Agreement for all Sediment Controls and Non-Dedicated (Privately Owned) Stormwater Management Devices. Multiple APPROVED cost estimates of this same nature may be combined on a single agreement.

NOTE:Performance Bonds may only be used for "Public Improvements" where the APPROVED cost estimate exceeds $100,000.00 before contingency, and then ONLY in conjunction with a Letter-Of-Credit.
