The Office of Accounting and Finance Support currently provides support services to the various departments of the Division of Utilities and Solid Waste Management (DUSWM) for water and sewer activities. The primary responsibilities for this office are: Service Charge Customer Service/Billing/Collection, Capacity Fee Calculation/Collection, and Contract Administration.
As of August 1, 2011 You may register to view your water/sewer bill history and make payments at our online website. Other payment options for your water/sewer bill are also available.
FREDERICK COUNTY DUSWM water & sewer customers with billing questions should call 301-600-2935.
AFTER HOURS COUNTY WATER/SEWER EMERGENCIES (no billing questions please): Call 301-600-2194.
FREDERICK CITY water & sewer customers should contact 301-600-1421 (not affiliated with Frederick County).
