President Blaine Young of the Frederick Board of County Commissioners offered the following statement with regard to the devastating EF-5 tornado that swept through central Oklahoma on May 20th
Offices will be closed on Monday, May 27, for the Memorial Day holiday. Offices will return to regularly scheduled hours on Tuesday, May 28. See the attached press release for more information and clarifications to the holiday schedule.
To accommodate citizens who wish to comment on the proposal, the commissioners will hold the public hearing starting at 6 pm on Tues, June 25, at the Frederick Community College JBK Theater located at 7932 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, Md.
The funding will facilitate the adoption and use of health information technology to support coordinated care between the center and Frederick Memorial Hospital.
The Board of County Commissioners announced that over 200 fees associated with doing business with Frederick County Government have been reduced or eliminated since the board was sworn into office on December 1, 2010.
