Commissioners Reduce Hundreds of Fees to Benefit Businesses and Citizens in Frederick County

The Board of County Commissioners announced that over 200 fees associated with doing business with Frederick County Government have been reduced or eliminated since the board was sworn into office on December 1, 2010.

County Ethics Commission Finds No Violation Against Commissioner Delauter

The Frederick County Ethics Commission issued Opinion 13-02 in response to a complaint against Commissioner Kirby Delauter of the Board of County Commissioners in which it found that there was no conflict of interest violation.
